At Bluemercury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for both in-store and online orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new or gently used condition and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Bluemercury account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return, or use our online guest return portal with your order number and zip code.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and include the printed return authorization form to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
